Federal judge allows challenge to Trump travel ban to advance

Boy Wins Massive Payout After His Teachers Wrongly Accused Him Of Wearing An Isis T-Shirt

An eight-year-old schoolboy has been awarded £3,500 in compensation after teachers wrongly assumed he was wearing a T-shirt in support of Isis. Where is the outrage about the Tory party’s Islamophobia?

UN: Unprecedented Joint Call for China to End Xinjiang Abuses

Twenty-two countries at the United Nations’ top human rights body issued a joint statementthis week, urging China to end its mass arbitrary detentions and related violations against Muslims in the Xinjiang region, Human Rights Watch said today. Western governments are telling Muslim women not to cover up

In recent weeks, arguments over the burkini have switched to municipal swimming pools, in particular those in the city of Grenoble. After the mayor outlawed the garment, a group of burkini-clad protesters began defying the ban and snapping themselves as they splashed about; a couple of pools were temporarily closed.
